  4. Having a straight and serious face, move your nose from one side to another, leaving it for few seconds on each side.
  5. Open your eyes wide and move them around in different directions. Make sure your eyebrows are also raised at the same time.
  6. Crumple your lips to form an “O” and instantly change your expressions to a full blown wide smile. Repeat the exercise several times.
  7. Sit in a chair and lift your face so that you can see the ceiling comfortably. To exercise your neck, form an ‘O’ with your lips by puckering them out and at the same time stick out your tongue. This will help to develop your neck muscles.
